"I've spent and entire work day looking for one part in multiple systems! I need to be able to see everything in on place."

Approach
The charting was static and did not provide hierarchy, therefore physicians could not easily digest complex information quickly and easily. Below the design process is detailed, along with the steps to create a more usable and effective chart for nephrologists.
Step 1 -> Work Schedule
Step 2 -> My Work & Team Work
Step 3 -> 360 Details
Step 1
Work Schedule
Initial primary view that takes data from multiple systems and displays them in a consolidated view.

Step 2
My Work & Team Work
These views allow users to view tasks automatically filtered down to their own or their team's work in a card view.

Step 3
360 Detail Views
These are overlay pages that show the connections between time-based tasked from the three main pages (Work Schedule, My Work & Team Work).
